No officer photo next to the logo: the Kiwanis International manual forbids combining a club logo with any other image. The club name stacks vertically under the logo, as here. Minimum size 1.25 in, minimum clear space 0.25 in.
On October 1 the club gets a new president, and historically that is when a club's website stops being updated. The person who built it hands over the job and nobody inherits the password.
So the site is built the other way round. There are no pages that only one person knows how to edit. There are records: an officer, a program, a story, a need, an event, a sponsor. Filling in a record is the whole skill, and the pages assemble themselves from them.
The email addresses work the same way. president@ is a role, not a person. When the role changes hands, one forwarding rule changes and every business card, every form and every page keeps working.
Update the officer records. Publish the annual report for the year that closed. Change the forwarding on the five role addresses. That is three jobs, and the signatures, the contact block and the footer follow on their own.
