Short, because a club website should not need long terms. The part that matters most is which things here are a commitment and which are not.
Last updated September 21, 2026. This site is run by the Kiwanis Club of Coral Springs, a member club of Kiwanis International. Using it means you are fine with what follows.

It is how the club explains itself: the programs, the meetings, how to visit, and how to support the work. It is written by volunteers and kept current by volunteers, which means something on it can be out of date. If a date or a detail matters to you, write to the officer whose role owns it and get it confirmed by a person.
Safety Town is run by the City of Coral Springs, with Parks and Recreation, the Police Department and the Fire Department. The club sponsors it and the park carries the club's name, but the program, the registration and the seats are the City's. Nothing on this site registers a child, and nothing here can hold a seat.
Kiwanis International is a separate organisation. This club is a member of it. Nothing written here speaks for Kiwanis International, for the Florida District, or for any other club.
The organisations we back are their own. Where this site names a fire department, a police department, or a charity the club supports, it is naming them, not speaking for them and not claiming their endorsement.
June is software, and the site says so in the window itself rather than leaving you to work it out. It can tell you what the club does, take a request to visit, pass a sponsorship to the treasurer, and hand you to a human. What it cannot do is commit the club to anything. Nothing June says is a promise, a reservation, a price, or an acceptance. A club officer confirms, by email, and that confirmation is the real thing.
Do not type anything sensitive into that window. It says so too.
Sponsorships and donations are arranged with the club treasurer. This site does not take payment, so nothing you do here is a transaction.
A sponsored seat pays for one child's week at Safety Town. It does not select the child, reserve a place for a particular child, or move anyone up the City's registration list. Scholarships are decided by the club's committee against its own criteria, and a donation does not influence that decision.
Whether a gift is tax deductible depends on the club's own registration status, which is a question for the treasurer and for your own tax adviser. This site does not answer it and you should not treat anything here as tax advice.
Photographs, stories and the club's own material stay the club's. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking. If you appear in something on this site and would rather not, write to the secretary and it comes down. With anyone under eighteen the club's rule runs the other way around: nothing goes up without a signed release from a parent or guardian in the first place.
The Kiwanis name, the seal and the associated marks belong to Kiwanis International and are used here by a member club under its rules. Other names on this site belong to whoever owns them. Nothing here gives you permission to use any of them.
This site links to the City of Coral Springs, to Kiwanis International, to Facebook and to a map. Once you follow one, you are on somebody else's site under somebody else's terms, and the club is not responsible for what is there.
The site is offered as it is. Volunteers keep it running and it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, complete or free of error, and the club is not liable for a loss arising from using it. That is the usual paragraph, and here it is unusually true: this is a club, not a company with an operations team.
Do not try to break the site, scrape it wholesale, or use the forms or the assistant to send anything abusive, deceptive or unlawful. The forms exist so a neighbour can reach a volunteer. That is all they are for.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Broward County, Florida.
